Excel Termite & Pest Control

They are liars. Signed contract for rat control. They showed up not having enough traps, no show for the next day when promised tor return with enough traps, no show the next week for the service, no show when I called to complain. Finally showed up two weeks later to empty traps, but again showed up without enough traps. Same thing happened the next 3 weeks. They only came when I pushed the issue. Now I am on monthly service, the rats are out of control, and they continue to be no shows. I am hiring another company and eating my lost money I paid because they take too much of my time to even get an answer or return phone call. They are the worst.

Not the sexiest thing to review, but I think good businesses deserve recognition, period.
We had some… guests, and needed them out fast. I’d reached out to some recommended companies but all ended up being inconsistent and sketchy. Quick Google search put Excel near the top of the list (paid advertising maybe?) and I called.
They were very professional and offered a free estimate. When the technician, Damien, arrived, he was on time and professional and explained the possible reason for said guests. He committed to be the person to come for all 3 treatments and was always on time and professional (traits I obviously find important).
I call out Damien specifically because he was great. I usually don’t feel comfortable in my home alone with strangers, but Damien did not make me feel uncomfortable at all and announced his movement from room into room, even told me before he turned on the sink! Loved it all.
I did not give 5 starts because as a Type A individual, I felt there was one tiny thing that could improved; confirmation calls. I would have to confirm with them, which I don’t feel is best practice.
Over all, «Yay! I’m a fan», and if, Lord forbid, those non paying guests come back, I will call my new friend Damien and Excel Termite.
