Overhead Door Company of the Gold Coast

I have tried to do business with this company numerous times over the last 5 years. Each and every time has been an exercise in futility and frustration.
The people who work there have what I would call an anti-​customer attitude. Like the other reviewer stated, it seems they feel you should beg and grovel at their feet. They have kept me waiting for over an hour just to find they didn’t have what I was looking for. They will ignore you, tell you to call later, make promises they will not keep and generally treat you as if you need them and not the other way around. I’m surprised they are still in business.
I think it would be a service to the community if they closed.
I finally gave up and wrote this place off permanently.

I live in coral springs and I have a box truck for work. Unfortunately one spring snapped on the door. I called around and all other companies were either in Miami or boca so I had no choice but to come here. The people that works here think they are the customers and I am the employee, they told me to get here by 7 before the guys pull their truck out for their daily route. I got here at 7 and needless to say the address is wrong on the Web. Its 15^th st not 15 ave, after being here for 45mins. They finally decide to get to work. My time is VERY valuable to me, long story short. I’ve been here twice and my door still not fix. I keep getting the run around, they don’t respect my time or presence. Ernie is suppose to be a supervisor but with his attitude toward customers, he is definitely not leading by example. If I can have a word with Blair to tell him how Ernie thinks or feels customers are a given in this tough economy and his actions won’t help his business grow, I would. If I ever need my garage door fix, I know which company not to call or refer. I wish I could give them zero star.
