Public Storage

This facility was absolutely the cleanest storage facility I have been to. Jessica gave me a tour of the property and showed me how to access the gate coming in and out. She showed me the carts to use and which door would be easiest for me to access my unit. I went to about 4 other storage facilities. I plan on storing boxes of files for my company. I would have continued the process and finalized the paperwork but the «property manager» was too busy chatting away on her phone. It was the rudest most unprofessional experience I endured. If u want to talk to your partner do it on your own time. I was disgusted and refused to rent there. Customer service is key essential. Jessica did a wonderful job in trying to keep me but that was just ridiculous. Business is business. Work is work. If you don’t want a job quit. I found another storage company to rent at but it is more expensive but the service with ALL employees is what I was looking for. No disrespect to Jessica with this review but someone has to have a conversation with the «property manager» because if your going to claim your title make sure your doing your job 100 percent.

They’ve been raising the storage rent without warning every 6 months. I would not recommend this facility to anyone for long term storage.
