I was really tired from working and decided to take a small power nap to stay energized. Woke up to a very rude young employee telling me that sleeping wasn’t allowed. Maybe there have been incidents in the past but the manner in which I was approached was highly unprofessional.

So this Starbucks is just to me not known for any pizazz… Yesterday I went with a friend after yoga and wanted an Oprah chai but I’m lactose intolerant and have some allergies. So my friend ordered & then when they asked me what I wanted I said maybe an Oprah chai but does this location have almond or coconut milk. The girl replied yes coconut milk…
So I asked if it has carrageenan in it. She shrugged said I don’t know and just looked at the girl at the other girl at the register and they laughed. Thought it was hysterical. I was so confused why my question was so funny. It’s frustrating the generations getting younger and younger are so bad at their jobs in some aspects.
What’s more outrageous to me is that I used to WORK at Starbucks down the road. It’s sooooo easy to get the carton out from 10 feet away from her and READ the label. I was pissed.

Went yesterday with my friends, walked in, the store was completely empty so I asked the barista if I can order some drinks and her response was «yea whatever» plus she gave me to look and attitude that I disturbed her! Very unprofessional!

The barista’s seem really slow and incompetent they are all extremely overweight and obviously uncomfortable, unhappy, and very sluggish as a result .They were discussing when their shift would be over as they made the drinks. It’s by far the worst Starbucks I have been in there is limited seating and it isn’t very clean. I sat outside by the «restaurant «next door Valentino’s which is a filthy place where the cook stands outside and spits all over the ground. I’m surprised he was allowed to be out past his prison work release curfew.
PASS, I wish I had gone to my regular location.

Usually when you walk into a Starbucks the staff will greet you. Didn’t get the warm welcome as most Starbucks I’ve visited. Coffee was what I desired, but customer service could be better at this location.

Asked the lady what drinks are gluten free, simple right? She said I don’t know but I can help with the snack case. No offer to ask another person for help, just a blank stare.
This store is filthy, the floors are not mopped, the tables are all dirty, and the bathroom was under duress and gross.
Good coffee, but whomever manages this place needs to be fired. Sad

Killing time and getting my zen on with an iced venti green tea. Have to admit it is damn tasty and I know it’s brewed fresh from leaves. This is a quiet Starbucks but really comfortable.

Thought I’d have a nice cup on the patio which is supposedly «no smoking» as indicated on every table. Apparently it’s not enforced here as at least half the tables had at least one smoker, if not two. Won’t come here again, nor should you unless you are smoker or want to sit inside. More seats outside than inside though.

We don’t often go to Starbucks, but my son asked to go get a cake pop. as we are standing waiting for my drink, The barista asks me if I am waiting for something. The cashier forgot to tell her my order. Once i got my drink, which was made quickly, I realized that every table had a person camped with their laptop. Zero empty chairs. We had to sit outside in wet seats at dirty tables with the smokers. My chai tea latte tasted like a typical Starbucks chai tea latte, cheap and artificial. This is when I realized that I deserve better than the McDonald’s of the coffee world. This is south Florida, so there are not a lot of local coffee shops, but I will be certain to seek them out from now on.

Great start bucks with outside seating (no drive through). The service has been pretty solid for me here and I think the people at this particular location have been friendlier to me than a few of the other locations in South Florida I have been to. Located in the same area where Bru’s room is (just to the south within walking distance) so if you are at Bru’s room, you start to get a headache you can run over to Starbuck for an espresso (true story).

Dreadfully slow service. It could be due to having 10 people and front of me and only order person taking orders and one person making drinks. This plane needs a coffee only line. The place is nice otherwise with good options for indoor and outdoor seating

We stopped off in Pompano on our way down to South Beach, Miami. Seemed like a nice chance to get an icy beverage for the trip.
My guy loves a venti americano with difficult instructions that I won’t get into. I’ve never been much of a coffee drinker unless it’s iced.
I like to order the Berry Hibiscus Cooler. It’s refreshing and like to let it melt a little in the ice and let it linger, except most of the time — it’s gone before I get back to the car.

I meet a friend here frequently on the weekend. I typically wouldn’t write a review of a Starbucks but this one is not firing on all cylinders.
Sunday afternoon. No one in line. It took almost 10 mins for my drink. The cashier forgot to tell the barista. Really!!!

Well, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Not much to add here except they have a nicely sized outdoor patio and a medium sized indoor sitting area.
Total side note though, they recently changed their teas to a whole leaf bag. I normally get a grande tea with two tea bags (included). Now with their fancy smancy whole leaf tea they only give you one tea bag regardless of the size. So I am currently «enjoying» a VERY watered down green tea. Joy.
