Southpoint Condominiums

When it comes to renting a condo for a family vacation, this really is as good as it gets. I have been coming here since I was a kid, and now get down here at least twice a year still with my pack.
The one thing you will notice is the same people coming year after year. We see the same people (now friends) and it is nice to know we are not the only ones in love with it here.
These are all condos, and simple but great. They are all about 1000 sq feet and 2 beds, 2 baths (there are a couple of 3 bedrooms). Nice kitchen, dining area and family room… plus a balcony oceanfront. Out the front door, you have a view of the intercoastal waters, and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse. Inside the units are all similar, but being owned by homeowners, each has it’s own style and furnishings. All seem to be clean and comfy with everything you need though.
As far as the facilities, it has everything you need for a beach vacation. Beautiful and private beach (this area is a conservation area, so no cars are allowed), clean and heated pool, and plenty of parking. Also, the property manager is very attentive and helpful. It is also important to note this is the ONLY place in Ponce Inlet that allows for weekly rentals (they were grandfathered in the rule). Trust me, if you are looking in the Daytona Beach area, take a look a few minutes to the south in Ponce Inlet. MUCH different class of people, cleaner, friendlier, and substantially less busy!
