Great job. They arrived on time. They provided a clear explanation of what work was required, the cost and how much time it would take. No surprises.

AVOID this «business» Run by an «all woman» management staff, that treats people like crap over the phone. Rudeness and basic lack of knowledge in the garage door industry. They should have their franchise taken away. I called and spoke with the receptionist and after a LONG WINDED explanation that I have to speak with a salesperson AFTER she had asked me size of door and spec!!! LOL What a joke. I asked if they service Collier County and she said, they do. I was prepared to order several doors with openers until she transferred me to a saleswoman who blatantly said they DO NOT SERVICE COLLIER COUNTY. Asked if I was «nuts and crazy», I stated her receptionist told me they do service Collier County. She said they absolutely do not. I told her to retrain the receptionist and apparently they had me on speakerphone because I heard several women burst out in laughter. In summation — Go somewhere that is professional and respects potential clients/​customers.
