Not finished with process yet, but want to post that the owner of this auto body shop is experienced, knowledgeable and matter-of-fact. He and his brother are helping me to deal with this proccess — insurance, accident, repairs, rental, insurance — it’s a hairy process. And frustrating. Upsetting even. But the owner is honest, helpful and straightforward. If you can, open a conversation with him, get on his radar. He knows what he is doing. And, the shop’s repairs have a reputation of being perfect. Thank God for this shop and owner — they are the only one’s actually moving things forward.
