I’ve always had a good experience ordering from them. One time the package got lost, and they had to contact the shipper to investigate. Yes, it was annoying. Yes, it can feel like support may not believe you, but I also put myself in their position, they have to confirm with the shippers. I get it. The CS staff has always been great, and I’ve been dealing with them for well over 10 years. My only advice, just be knowledgeable. Know the real coins, versus the commemorative — you’ll be fine.

How funny! Yesterday my husband got a phone call from someone at NCM to see how everything went and if he was happy with the coins. He said he’ll have to reserve comment until he GETS them, so as it turned out, the person who called him didn’t even KNOW about the empty box we received on July 5!!! Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing! He explained the whole story, she went off the line and presumably consulted with a supervisor, and returned to say the UPS shipment was expected to be delivered today, July 20. We never had any tracking info from NCM, so we held our breath until the UPS box was, indeed, delivered today. So the whole fiasco ends. We have our coins and they have their investigation along with the USPS Inspector. Without question, we will not purchase anything from this company again. Judging by complaints on the BBB website, we are among the truly lucky ones. Beware.
