I give this place 3 stars just for the fact that the location is beautiful but the people who live here (well about 80%) are jerks. They think they are some kind of elitist. Very rude very prude. On top of that the HOA is really really bad. They have things all screwed up. Parking sucks. I have had my car broken into about 4 times in 2 years (yes my doors were locked). I dunno I can go on and on about this place.
