8÷9÷2014 — Visiting this Dermatologists office was a pleasure, but dealing with them after was a nightmare. For everything I had to go through in regards to claims/​payments was a complete hassle and the office was honestly not looking to help its customers, but moreso focused on helping themselves. As a doctors office you are supposed to work WITH your customers and try and help them throughout the claim process, not work against them because you are either lazy/​stubborn/​do not have time. To hear from your insurance provider that your doctors office was not properly handling something was very disheartening. If I was looking for a Dermatologist in this area, there are plenty of other options available in which I promise you will have a better experience.
