This park is only a year or two old. It is clean, clean, clean. The restrooms in the clubhouse are large and all ceramic tile and just beautiful. Had cement pads to park the rv on but no patio pad which would have been nice to put our chairs and grill on so they didn’t have to go in the grass. Has a little lake you can fish, catch & release. A nice pool. The owner was really nice. The biggest downside is that there is nothing to do in the area. All the little towns around that area are basically fishing towns and are pretty run down. We did eat at the Texas Tradition in town and it was good. I will definitely stay here if we are in the area again.
