I have not used this business for their catering services but they have a small café, located inside a tiny local strip mall. They are located next to the auto mechanics I used to use, hence, the reason I went in & checked them out. I wanted soe coffee while I wait & I am planning a wedding so I was exploring caterers. There were two ladies behind the counter. I am convinced one was the owner & I think the other must usually work in the back because she did not seem to have a clue what she doing. Maybe she is a new employee. Anyway, both were nice enough. The owner was chatting with another customer, which is fine but I thought she should have been paying a little closer attention to her clueless employee. They had a deal on soup & the employee would not leave me alone about ordering some. She spent the entire time trying to tell me what a good deal it was & how delicious their soup is & insisted I try a sample. While I did think the soup was good, I did not want to purchase some & do not appreciate being hounded about it. I was polite with her but really just wanted to ask her to stop & tell her to back off. She ordered a 16 oz beverage & she started to make it in the 12 oz cup & I had to tell her she was making it in the wrong size. She also didn’t really seem to know how to make my drink. Finally, she recieved some help from her boss. As I recall, the drink itself turned out alright. This was, in no way, the worst experience I could have imagined, but it was also nowhere near the best. I was just kind of annoyed the entire time I was in there.

I used this caterer about a year ago and was pleased with the food, so I went to them again for a repeat event. The menu was bbq sandwiches, potatoe salad, corn salad and cookies. The owner is very nice, but I was NOT happy with the food. The cookies looked and tasted like a big store bought tray. The buns for the sandwiches looked like she had run to the day old store and bought the cheapest thing she could find. The corn salad, she explained, was still frozen so hopefully it would thaw out. I was charged 15 dollars a person. I could have run to Costco, bought the items, thrown pork butts and bbq sauce in the oven over night, put frozen corn and kidney beans with a little salt in the bowl and served a cheap looking and tasting lunch for a third of the cost. I felt ripped off. Never again.
