I have never experienced such horrible service in my life until this place. The receptionist was really rude and had a bad attitude. Just found out that the receptionist is actually the owner of this place. They were a no show to my appointment to fix the windows so I called to ask and she was yelling at me and cutting me off pretty much the whole entire time. I was already pissed that they made me wait for more than an hour ANDTONOTSHOWUP but she wasn’t even apologetic. Who the hell does she think she is? I am very baffled at how this business is still running. Even her own employees didn’t seem to have a great opinion about her. I will never go to this place ever again and I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Don’t go here, you’ll regret it.

The receptionist was very rude. She seemed bothered that she had to answer the phone. When I asked if she had an idea of cost to replace a double pane glass window on our back door, she rudely said, «well I don’t know, I’m not looking at it.» I believe a better response would have been, «I would be happy to schedule someone from our team to drop by to give an estimate.» If she worked for me, and I heard such a response to a prospective client, I would fire her.

Receptionist was rude and seemed put out that I had called. She became even more agitated when I asked questions(like, «what time is the repair guy coming on that particular day?») Geez, sorry I bothered you.

I got an estimate for my metal sliding door that is a double pane busted out outer pane doing work cost about 360, which I’m fine with made an apt for an estimate and measurements to be taken the latest they had was 1430 on a Tuesday. I took off work got home early and waited the guy didn’t show up so called Port Orchard Glass they had the guy(Eric the guy doing the appraisal) call me back saying he would be at my house around 1530 I said okay I will be here. At 1615NOERIC so I called Port Orchard Glass and said I was done they did not try to keep my business or anything but a SORRY. They are not very professional or organized and it sounds like from other posts they are not reliable. DON’T USETHESEGUYS

I had a cracked window pane that needed replacing. Shouldn’t be that hard, but window glass is hard to buy these days and more expensive than I remember. Called several companies for estimates, some don’t answer their phone, some more expensive than others. Port Orchard glass sent an estimator out and gave a decent price. Got an appointment(2 weeks out!), but guy shows up on time, fixed window. All is good.

I went to Port Orchard as a first step in solving a sliding glass door problem. The door was sliding metal on metal. It was old and I knew that at some point I would be forced to replace it, but needed to buy some time. PO Glass claimed that they had the perfect fix so I received a bid for $ 350 and made an appointment for the repairman to come out. It took them about 40 minutes to replace the wheels under the door and to install a new strip along the bottom for the wheels to track on as the old track was worn out. After the job was finished, he says to me «this probably won’t work», and gave me a short explanation as to why and then asked for $ 350. To be sure I was shocked. I wanted to ask him why he didn’t tell me before installation and give me a choice — but like I said, I was a bit shocked. A few days later, I called the shop and asked why I was not told before installation that«this probably won’t work», and was told that I would receive a call back. It has been 6 months and I have not received a call back. I am now replacing my door, but I am not using Port Orchard Glass. One star for a lack of integrity.

Buying new windows for my home seemed overwhelming, but thankfully I called Port Orchard Glass. The salesman man, Rod came to my house for an estimate. Normally I don’t like feeling like I’m being sold something, but he didn’t come across like he was trying to sell anything. He was extremely knowledgable and explained all the options for my replacement windows. The price felt fair and I was confident I was getting the right windows for my home. When the installers came out they we competent and respectful of my home, cleaning up the mess after the job was done. The new windows are great! I highly recommend Port Orchard Glass to anyone, and will definitely use them in the future.
