Seriously one of the best restaurant experienced we’ve had in a while. Staff was knowledgeable, kind & courteous. Our waitress, Krista was amazing. Even our kids ate the majority of their meals & the kids menu was much better than the norm of grilled cheese & hot dogs for options. We are a family of 5. We ordered the chicken Marsala, which had a wood grilled taste to it & the Marsala sauce was not over powering at all. On another note, the restaurant was not freezing, it was at a very comfortable temperature. Prices were decent & we would definitely recommend this place to another party.

Meh. Mediocre food. Worse service. The appetizer was just okay. The salad with Italian dressing was lettuce soaked in olive oil. Absolutely no flavor. Had to get up and get myself silverware. The entrée(chicken Chianti) was just okay. Doubt I will return to this or any carrabas to be honest.

Great food. Great soup. The wait staff was attentive and fast. I got my food in a timely manner as well. I ordered the Fettucini with chicken and it was outstanding. I also ordered an Italian soup with italian sausage that was spicy and very good. More formal than McDs but casual enough to wear shorts. Very nice inside and has a bar.

Outstanding customer service and value! James was out server and he provided us with a great experience! A person in our party wanted a vanilla cappuccino, which is not on the menu, and he brought her the cappuccino with a side of simple syrup & vanilla extract. We have been going to this Carrabbas for over 15 years. I have never been more disappointed. I have stopped ordering the Polo Rosa Maria due to their new preparation of it. So I ordered the steak Marsala tonight. What a terrible piece of steak. I Think you could get a better quality of meat at the Waffle House down the street. I went with my wife and two daughters ages 10 and 13. The total bill came to over $ 70!!! That was with my wife and daughter sharing the chicken Marsala. Carrabbas just like their sister restaurant Outback has sacrificed quality in an attempt to keep their prices reasonable. Obviously, not working with our bill being over $ 70. I will not be eating at Carrabbas EVER again.

I am so surprised there are no reviews for this Carrabbas as it has been there forever. The chain itself is terrific and is consistent no matter where you are, which is something I look for since I travel extensively. This Carrabbas I would consider excellent since the restaurants around it have horrible service. The service is EXCELLENT! Of the 50+ times I have eaten there, I have had only one minor issue, and the manager responded appropriately and to my satisfaction to remedy it. Bottom line, great food, great service, and it has resisted the«Pascoization» so many have fallen victim to in the area.

Had Gary as our waiter what an awesome guy and extremely funny and on his game. I had the filet spydino steak and scallops and omg the scallops were the best I’ve ever had in my life ever period !!! I can die happy. The steak as perfect and in the top for commercial steaks. Must give this place a try.

I went to this location for the first time today and was wowed by the service and quality of food. Prior to going I checked out the Unilocal reviews which were not good ones. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not the case for my experience. Antipasti Plate(calamari, bruschette and mozzarella marinara) was $ 11.90 Lasagne with side salad about $ 14.50 The salad was one of the best salads I have eaten. Same for the lasagne. Kyle was our server. He was on top of it. I was impressed. I will return again.

Was extremely busy the evening that we went. We had the calamari as an appetizer(DELICIOUS) I ordered parmesan crusted shrimp and scallops they tasted burnt. He ordered a combo… sirloin and chicken Bryan… his steak was over cooked and dry the chicken was just o.k. The service was the same… just o.k. I guess I will chalk it up to being super busy and a the staff just having a bad day.

Came in for my mom’s 74th birthday. We told them when we arrived, thought they’d make note of it as we’ve seen them come and do a birthday song at the table… Our waiter was personable, but clutzy. We arrived around 8pm and the restaurant was –not– busy. There were 2 other tables that were being served, one a large party, the other a couple. Our waiter was handling one of them. We placed our orders, starting with apps: The Scotty Thompson Bruchetta and the small calamari. To his credit, the waiter brought both sauces. When we placed our orders for our mains, even though it was Monday, we opted out of their specials, we wanted to try their new offerings, the pairs. The husband opted to try the Chicken something with lasagne. Mom and I tried the chicken bryan with the pork tenderloins. And my niece who often only eats burgers, had to have some help. The waiter helped her make her decision. When the food was delivered, the first thing I noticed was the size of the pork. These were so very VERY small, About 1″ across Quite literally bite sized. The bacon that wrapped the pork was charred black. Not even delicately crisped, but absolutely burned. The chicken Bryan was about half the portion you would get if you ordered a small order, but it was tasty as usual. Mom ordered the steamed spinach and it was OILY as all get out, but my green beans were scrumptious. The husband ordered his chicken/lasagne combo and was disappointed by his portion size as well. The lasagne was about 2″ long by an inch wide. A taste or tease but hardly a portion. The chicken was little more than that as well. And his spinach was the same, swimming in oil. The niece liked her creamy tomato sauce dish. In the end, when the dessert was offered, we mentioned the birthday once more but it went over the head of the waiter once more. *shrug* Ah well, I do enjoy their food, but this location seems to be slipping.
