Had them come in and set up a system in my home and I’m very happy with the work they did!

This company is horrible. Don’t ever use them. My ac has been broken for days. You keep calling them — can’t reach the right person. When you finally reach them, they can’t tell you when they can be here. All they kept telling me is they don’t know. I can’t be home all day waiting for them. All I was asking for is to give me a time frame, and they couldn’t do it. What are they thinking — that people just stay home all day? I lost hours and days of work that I’m not gonna be compensated for. When they were finally here to fix it, they realized they have the wrong parts! The wrong parts? Really? Is’n it their job to check it? And again, they couldn’t tell me when they can fix it! So frustrated.

Unfortunately after over 10 years and $ 10,000 for 2 complete units(the first with complete duct work) this company I thought I trusted continues to nickel and dime me to death. For reasons unknown and despite on time and even extra services I continue to have ruined ceilings and destroyed wood floors from leaks in the over flow system. Clean Air has thus far charged me hundreds of dollars for multiple new and improved devices to alleviate this ongoing problem yet the problem persists. Today, after yet another leak, another ruined ceiling and another ruined wood floor, Clean Air wants me to spend another $ 200 for yet another new and improved device to alleviate this ongoing problem. There is a leak due to a broken piece of PVC installed as part of the A\C unit by Clean Air although Clean Air is attempting to shift the blame to the«house», stating the overflow piping is part of the house and not the A/C. I cannot overstate that the piping in question is directly attached to the air handler unit in the attic. In any event, when dealing with this company be sure to get all details on paper including future maintenance and responsibilities.

Customer service was awesome and they got someone out here very quick. Problem I had was the tech told me after two minutes I needed a new system. Then when he realized I couldn’t do that he said freon would help then said he would clean the coils and that would help so it wouldn’t freeze up. $ 469. Dollars later he hands me a paper that says there is a leak he did not fix making the freon a joke. Then made me sign a paper saying he wouldn’t warranty his work none of which was mentioned before the bill. Very shady. Unit froze up 5 hours after he left.

Kudos to Clean Air Technologies for providing us with a long term fix for our a/c issue and stepping up where the manufacturer would not. Doing right by your customer is how you keep and get new ones.
