Mr. Varn helped us find our new rental apartment at a great location in Martin County and great price in one day!!! He showed my us 4 amazing properties all in great areas and that met our wish list. He waited for us to get all our money orders and paper work, so that he could process all our rental documents the same day! He went out of his way to get in contact with the rental apartments realtor regarding various questions we had. We were able to move in 1 week because Mr. Varn worked very diligently assuring all our documents were in place, so that we could move in as soon as possible since my husband started work in 10 days from the date we met Mr. Varn. He even went out of his way to do a walk through at our rental apartment with my husband to assure that every detail of the apartments condition was documented prior to our move in. This was a service that he did not have to do. We are very grateful for Mr. Varn’s hard work and he is an excellent and honest realtor and property manager. When you call ask for David Varn!!! He is excellent.
