I dont really know about this place until my friend said that I can take my PC in this place. Talk to the one who’s in-charge and asked him if he can reformat my PC because it has a virus, he said he can do it. They offered me a over price charge and was really surprised. Because this is not the first time I took my PC for a reformat. But I decided to go with the fixing and paid the quoted charges.
I came back after a day and checked the newly reformatted PC. I saw a lot of files got erased and asked them if why they didnt moved my files on the safe Drives. They said they dont know and had a mistake. I got really disappointed on that, unprofessional, unexperienced, over charged and unreliable.
