Yesterday my fiancé and I went to Sprockets to get our bikes looked at for repairs. Dave was very friendly and easy to chat with and Bruce, the mechanic, was very, very thorough with his assessment. Very good first impression and quote for repairs was very reasonable. We are excited to return and pick up our «ready to ride» bikes! Thanks Dave and Bruce. It’s obvious customer service is important to you.

They are friendly but a very tiny selection and very expensive went to village bike in stead and got a bike for only 600 $ instead of 2500

Great shop, service guys are very helpful. High end bikes not so much… no recumbents. I have gone back several times but the service department is so busy it’s hard to get work done quickly.

Went in to check some bikes out. I was considering going from my road bike to a hybrid. Lisa and Louie are terrific and have a wealth of knowledge. Lisa probed to find out what I was looking for, what my needs were, etc. and I ended up walking out with a bike. Since then, I have been in for my bike check ups, answers to questions and bike wear and never leave empty handed. The entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. I love my bike!

Love, Love, LOVE THIS PLACE! Always friendly and care about the new rider. Adjusted my bike to the most comfortable it’s ever been. Lots of bikes and clothing too.

I began bicycling again. Had my own Mountain Bike and these guys helped me convert it to a sort of hybrid. Every person in this shop has helped me at some point. They have all been particularly helpful. I was having a knee problem from riding and got fitted by Louis. After the fitting, it was like I was riding a new bike made for me. After many miles of biking I brought it in for a tune up. It was so worth it… once again my bike is like new. They cleaned every inch of it! I strongly recommend Sprockets!

Awesome shop, super friendly and willing to bend over backwards to properly fit the bike and close the sale.
I did not expect to purchase a new bike but ended up getting one anyways, thanks Louis and Lisa for outfitting me with an awesome stumpy.
