Be cautious when you get your computer repaired here. My computer required a new hard drive which they replaced as promised. Everything was professional. Keep in mind, their services are not cheap, but then again I wasn’t looking for cheap; I was looking for professional, reliable and above all, a place I could TRUST. My old hard drive was returned to me with instructions as to how I might be able to get my old data. In setting up my new hard drive, I happened to notice that my old hard drive which was a 2TB had been replaced with a 1TB. My initial thought was that it could be some mistake made on their part. When I called to find out why my computer was downgraded, the woman’s response to me was «That is what we always use. We always replace a hard drive with a 1TB» (almost suggesting that this is the norm and I should have known it). My response to her was «Why don’t you tell people that or give them the option?». I explained that when they told me that they were replacing the hard drive, naturally I assumed that it would have been of the same storage capabilities. By not telling me, I consider their promise to be the «half-​truth» which is really a lie. She got angry saying that I called them liars and hung up on me. When they tell you that they are going to «repair» your computer, don’t assume that it will be in its «original» condition. Make sure you get them to specify what they mean by «REPAIR» or «REPLACE». It may not be what you expect.
