Ditto to the above. John, the proprietor, is a nice guy, but so scattered that he can’t live up to his commitments. Promised to have an estimate and delivery date on repairing my kayak almost three weeks ago. After multiple commitments missed, he became frustrated with me, and told me to pick up my kayak — unrepaired. Too bad, because having a small business in Port Washington that serves boaters, fisherman and kayakers is such a great idea.
