I am glad that John L had a great experience with this company. My experience was vastly different. Started out okay when I spoke with someone at a booth they had at a home show. I provided my information and waited for a call.
I got a call about a week later stating that they were really swamped and that they would get back to me to set up a time for an estimate. I will give them credit for that. That’s why they got one more star.
However, 3 more weeks passed and no call. I got back in touch with them and it was a bit difficult to set up a time to get an estimate. It seemed that they weren’t too interested in working around our schedules but we did eventually work out a time.
Randy came and talked with my wife and said he would get back to us with the estimate. That was April 14^th. It has been more than a month. I have sent several email messages, which is how we communicated with everything else, and after several attempts to get a response, there has been none.
I get the impression that they really didn’t want this job because it is going to be difficult to get right but, it would have been nice to at least be told that they weren’t interested in doing it so that I could have gotten to other contractors sooner. Now they are booked up through the summer.
