I think there food was horrible. I’ve only been there once and won’t go back the service was rude and short. I asked if they served sushi to go and they became rude about it, I mean why wouldn’t they serve sushi to go it makes sense right?

I’ve had the chow mein twice this week at this location and both times it was horrible. The first time, it was almost all cabbage, the second time, it was so hard, it was almost crunchy. The orange chicken was very dried out. The drive-thru here takes forever, much longer than Culver’s. This seems strange since Culver’s is actually putting together the burgers fresh. And, it’s not this location’s fault, but the water cups here are ridiculously small. I’ve had some good meals here, but this last week was awful.

I usually don’t do reviews on chain restaurants, but in this case I’ll make an exception because this is a very good Panda. Unlike a lot of location’s that are always out of a particular item or have cold food, this Panda avoids these mistakes. They’re well stocked on all dishes, the foods hot, the place is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly. So if you’re looking for the best Panda in the area, the Portage location is the one.

They greet you when you walk in the door. The food is cooked fresh in front of you. The Decorum and ambience is bright and fresh. The taste of the food is great. The cost is slightly high. The menu process is always confusing to me. I’ve been here about a dozen times now. I give it five stars not because it is an exceptional experience but because it is exactly what I expected and I leave happy.

New, clean, and spacious building. Dine-in and drive-thru. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and good options. I think this place has more entrée options than any other Panda Express that I’ve been to, which is great, but they do seem to have problems keeping everything filled.
