We went skating on a Saturday afternoon and I was kind of worried because I heard the horror stories about the uneven skating surface and rude employees. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have a nice new floor, but 1⁄3 of it was blocked off for some reason. This didn’t cause problems with skating since it was in the middle of the rink. They could use some new carpeting and we never had a problem with employees being rude. We had a great time and will be back often.

If you, re thinking about a birthday party save your money. The women working there were extremely rude, no people skills, honestly they hate working there. A member of our party has a service dog, after 15 minutes of arguing she let him in, but made him sit in a corner, come on people haven, t you heard of the American Disabilities Act. You, re asking to be sued. Will NEVER return. If you could post a zero I would have!

If you want to be yelled at before you even walk in the door(There have to be 10 people or they won’t even open), be bombarded by rules before you’ve even paid(«If you don’t like the house rules, don’t enter the house!»), have a constant nagging/yelling over the loudspeaker that you can’t really understand because the sound is muffled and it’s mostly drowned out by the music(«Am I doing something wrong? Is she yelling at me?»), and denied access to water in a dangerously hot building, this is the place for you. Okay, it isn’t fair to say I was«denied water,» because they do have a water fountain, spouting lukewarm water at barely a trickle, so you almost have to put your mouth on the spout to get any. They also have a snack bar that it appears is sometimes in operation, but every time I looked inside, there was no one in it. Turns out if you ARE lucky enough to be able to get water from the snack bar, it costs $ 1.50 for a styrofoam cup of it, and you must drink it while you’re in there. You can’t leave it and come back and drink it later, and you can’t take it and put it with your stuff. I had a water bottle in my skate bag, but the constant reminders that if you’re caught drinking your own water it would be taken away from you made me decide that the fight I would get into before giving up my reusable water bottle would not be worth it. This whole water issue wouldn’t be such a problem if it was not literally the hottest building I’d ever been in. People participating in a physical activity need to hydrate when it’s that hot if they want to survive. It’s dangerous. My friend showed up but for some reason didn’t have enough cash. The building was full of people who were 100% willing to loan her the cash, but the woman wouldn’t even let her through the doors to borrow it. She had to just go home. I don’t participate in illicit activities. I don’t typically break rules, and I don’t do things that would get me kicked out of anyplace. But when I’m here, having rules shoved down my throat at lightning speed, breaking rules is all I wanna do.

Blast from the past– roller rink! No updates to the place, looks like the 80’s in here but VERY fun. Great«in» music and fun skating ‘games’ too. The employees are hit or miss(sometimes a bit rude) but it’s a great place at a great price for the family/kids/teens.

It’s like a blast from the past, they haven’t done much updating to the place. Still it’s about the only place around here for the kids to go roller skating and have their birthday parties.
