Awesome place to get your farm on. Or at least gardening supplies, bird feeding supplies, hardware, and pet supplies. Oh, and grab a few cheap t-shirts to grub around in. Hub and I have been coming here for several years now. We like the smaller store, the good prices, the range of items, and the feel of the place. It’s no-nonsense, non-pretentious vibe suits us fine. When we go, we can go in our dirty jeans and shirts from the worksite and not wonder what folks will think. Heck, they’re in their grubbies too. The things I like best here are their inexpensive men and women’s t-shirts. I don’t like spending a lot of money on something I’m going to get dirt and grease on. These shirts are nice and they are cheap. I also like that they carry canning goods at a good price and tend to have a good selection. The bird food here is less than at other places and there is a very large selection. Lastly, you can get your pet vaccines here and administer the shots to your pets yourself at home. This can literally save you a hundred bucks. I bought two dog vaccines(combo shots for several diseases), some magazines, and treats for 38 bucks. My vet wanted well over 100 bucks to give one dog his shots. Hub and I gave the dogs their shots and they were not stressed or freaked out in the least. Saving the pups all that stress is just the icing on the cake. Cons for the place are that it can be hard to find someone if you need help and the place can get a little messy, but I’m willing to work with that, given that I can get just about anything I need for my gardening, bird feeding, and pet care and at a great price.
