I wished I had read the one review for this place. I just spent $ 125 to get my key from my car. They spent 10 minutes pushing the unlock button through the window. They have no physical address on the receipt. Took an hour to get to us in Sellwood. I was visiting my good friend who lives in Portland and we locked the keys in the car. DON’T USE THIS SERVICE! It said $ 15 service charge on their website but the gentleman who unlocked our car charged us $ 30 service call and the service was $ 110. I mentioned the $ 15 and he changed it. This company dispatched a subcontracted locksmith who behaved highly inappropriately. When I called to complain, they had no protocol and no standards for appropriate business-​client relations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have no physical address. This is the address to a gas station on Macadam.
