I am so upset with the service I received today !
I have been a repeat customer here and I am so displeased today. I have my mother In town on vacation and made an apt well in advance for a 1pm apt for a fill, pedicure, and full set. When we arrived they quickly sat my mother for her pedicure. They asked her if she wanted something to drink. They never after 15 mins I asked how much longer for my technician. They stated that «I’m picky «so they wanted a good technician. Almost 37 minutes later they finally address me and ask if I wanted to still get my nails done. I can’t believe they made me wait 37 minutes for my apt ! I cannot believe they were so inconsiderate of my time that they didn’t ask if I wanted another technician. I will never come back ! They have lost a customer and I will never refer any friend of family here.

This place is the best. Came in with my wife 45 minutes after close. No problem. 2 pedicures that was not rushed at all. Great foot massage, friendly service, and a free glass of wine. :)

This is by far, my favorite nail salon. They are nice, fast (without making you feel rushed) and the place is clean and bright. Chile’ is my favorite stylist. I followed her here from a different salon! I’ve had nothing but excellent service from all of the gals here! Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here a few times since I live in the area. The place is new and clean. They give you a complimentary drink during service. Eyebrow waxing was good. I recommend doing the gel pedi. As for the shellac mani I got –I was unhappy with it. Maybe it was the poor quality of polishes they used? But my nails started chipping after only a couple days! I’ve been to numerous places for shellac and that’s never happened to me. I went back and they fixed it for free (which I appreciated) but it should be great the 1^st time so I don’t have to waste my time for a redo. I’m on the fence if I’ll give them a 2^nd chance for a mani. Oh and they prefer cash payment.

I had a nice time with my $ 40 pedicure. They will show you the menu description when you sit down at some point so don’t stress out if you feel like you have to tell them right away. The place doesn’t have that awful nail smell when you walk in the door. I can’t say a lot for their organizational skills. Make an appointment, don’t just walk in, these ladies are busy! Keep in mind the colors displayed on their counter are the gel choices, and the nail polish is on the spin rack to your right. The magazine are also just behind that as well. Since I had an appointment I waited less than 5 minutes and had a nice lady named Amy work on my much needed feet. You’re offered a list of free drinks to choose from and they will bring it to you while you’re feet are soaking. So… on to the pedicure. $ 1 for a kit, if you don’t bring one. My pedicure was as follows, standard clipping, cutting, filing, then, massage with oil, then salt scrub, then some clay like lotion, a hot towel wrapped on my legs, then, more oil, with a hot stone massage on my legs for about 15 minutes, paraffin, they bring you already pre done in plastic wrapped bags, and then finally polish. After a bit of discussion, I opted for the extra $ 15 gel aka shellac with was worth every penny. Amy was nice, polite and engaging. FYI. I always tip these ladies directly with cash, if you don’t they don’t usually see the tip you’ve placed on the receipt. Tip when good is 15−20%. So for me, $ 40 plus $ 15 for gel plus tip. Was I pleased with my expense, heck yeah. I walked out of there feeling pretty as a princess. lol My boyfriend told me my toes looked like barbie toe nails for what its worth, I think that was a compliment, I took it. :)
I’ll be going back and asking for Amy, she was great!

Jenny and Anna are awesome! Great haircuts for men! First time — we weren’t sure what to expect but we’re greater and ask how we wanted our haircuts. They actually listen and were able provide a great haircut! We will be back !!

Tina did my pedicure she was great! They have a lovely staff. My boyfriend came for a mani pedi and enjoyed himself. Very comfortable we will be back !

Love this place would never go any where else. I had them mess up and they are willing to fix everything. 100% on making their customers HAPPY!

First time in this Salon. Looks very impressive. I came in 30 min before closing, needed eyelash extension for event. It was done very well! Lady stayed with me after hours, to finish a job. And it’s very well done! Recommend!

Upside: nice massage.
Downside: messiest paint job in ages.
Shrug: free mimosa (can’t vouch for quality — huge bottles of Kirkland margarita mix decorate the front display)

I regret ever coming back here. I tried it once before because it was in my neighborhood, was not all that impressed but thought I could give them another try. I shouldn’t have. There was a lot of talking amongst the employees in mandarin but they never bothered to ask if I actually had any preference regarding my nails. When the lady stated on my hands I specified I would like no length off just file the sides filed and buff them please. WELL, first thing she did is go straight across the ends and when I alerted her to the fact she was doing the complete opposite of what I wanted she says,“there uneven”. Now they are. I also had to instruct her I would like the sides of my nails polished– not just a middle stripe and she tried to tell me it would be covered in a second coat. My nails are ugly and stubby now. Not please.

My friend suggested I try this place out since the previous place I got my nails done at they fought with me on my nail choice didn’t know what stilleto nails were & told me no then tried to do them anyway & they looked like crap so here I ask & the nail tech said show me honey & had no problem doing them exactly like I wanted them unfortunately she made the acrylic so thin I broke 2 nails the same night cooking but I’m pretty sure she said she was new so I wasn’t upset I just went back the next morning to get them fixed & add some acrylic they were SO nice about it only charged a small fee got the little sweet red haired lady in booth #2 didn’t get her name she hooked me up nice & sent me on my way. Both days I went in I didn’t have an appointment they greeted me right away only waited about 5 minutes & i went on a Friday & Saturday both times I sat next to women who raved about how great the place was (true) great price and they offer a free beverage! Great service will be going back.

They are really bad I wish if it’s less than one Star they fighting with costomers and they are realy bad behavior specialy the fat woman ooooh my god she’s really really bad

Great place. Very friendly. Free wine or drinks. Waxing, kid place so if you want your little girls to get a mani or pedi they have great little chairs for them. Recommend to everyone :)

I went here for the 1^st time and I showed a pic of the design I wanted well when she finished it did not look good at all plus she put the wrong top coat on at the end and made my expensive solar nails look very cheap. So I got home and decided to go back to have them redo them… They took off the old top coat and removed the crappy design and redid them for me for free and even refunded me $ 10! They also give u a complimentary wine or mamosa or a soda! My nails started lifting within 2 weeks which isn’t normal. I don’t think I’d go here again.

I love that I am always helped promptly when I come here. The nail techs here are talented. I always feel like the staff and managers want me to have a great experience and service. They serve mimosas, margaritas, coffee, and soda complimentary! It’s a fun place to go with girlfriends! I was pleasantly surprised by this new spa and I will continue to come back.

I had originally gave this salon 5 star but after last visit I will be finding a new salon. I went to Amy nails looked really good 1^st and second time. art was good shape good. but last time 2 times I went they looked bad. but the icing on the cake was the crappy pedicure. she cut my toe nail so short then rounded them. which I said not to do. causes hang nails. then she didn’t put any top coat on. I asked her if she did insisted she did. I watched her. place is clean and they offer complimentary drink. only good point

The staff was friendly when I came in with a friend to get her a pedi-​mani for her birthday and I got acrylic nails put on. They offered us drinks. The work was good. My cuticle on my thumb got cut and bled a little and the person doing my nails didn’t stop. My friend got her cuticle too. They did sterilize there equipment in front of me which is great to see. Nice atmosphere.

I came here with a large party including a bride-​to-​be and her family. The staff was friendly and even let us set up a little table of snacks and drinks that we brought with us. I could have sat in that massage chair for hours, and they didn’t mind me relaxing for a while even after my pedi was finished. I don’t have a ton of experience in these types of salons, but I was very happy with the work. One person in our party got scraped pretty good with those cheese grater files they use on your feet, though. Yikes — is that common? Overall, a good salon which I’d recommend. Bonus: free mimosas!
