Bought the iPhone 5s and needed some help. After a short wait I got the help I needed from Carmen. This included: purchase and installation of a Gadget Guard screen protector, instructions on how to get my apps downloaded and updated, basic navigation skills to help me begin to operate with Apple’s new operating system 7 and also syncing my phone and car. Took only about 15 minutes. Carmen is outstanding: she is technically proficient, efficient, and a pleasure to work with/​great customer service skills. And the 5s is terrific too! Bob

I had the best service from a cell phone store ever. The lil gal in the store Shelby was amazing. She was so full of product knowledge and had such a warm smile and was funny. She made me feel comfortable immediately.
The only down side was a young man in there named Alex who was very rude to the employees I guess he must have been their boss. I do not like to see emploees treat in that manner and will not shop acompnay that allows bullies like this Alex guy to treat his people in this manner. I loved Shelby but he must really be let go he is awful demeaning.

My husband visited the store on 4⁄20 to get some help with his phone. I guess the woman working there didn’t want his business. She was helping another customer and never acknowledged him once. It was pretty clear that he was waiting to be helped. No «I’ll be right with you» or any indication that she cared that he was in the store. After about ten minutes he walked out. We took our business elsewhere. Steer clear of this place if you actually want to be helped.

Quite possibly the best customer service from a wireless retail location. Check these people out.. . a very refreshing experience from a AT&T store. Locally owned and operated.
