Also, the lady (Malou, if I remember her name correctly) who runs this truck is freakin’ cool as sh*t! Love friendly, welcoming people who run carts. Awesome service goes a long way.

It’s easy to overlook this food stand with all the other unique stands surrounding it. But when I got the Philly Cheesesteak here I knew I made the right choice! The bun was soft, warm, and fresh; the meat, cheese, and veggies were perfect; and the fries were crispy and deftly seasoned. The couple running the joint is super nice too, and I was compelled to tip them a little extra.
I second Jason R’s suggestion for a sleeping bag-​sized cheesesteak.

Best damn philly cheese steak I have ever eaten. Ever. The meat is tender. The vegetation grilled perfectly smothered with melty cheese. I’m sad that it comes in just one size though. I would prefer a sleeping bag size that I could be zipped into, then I could still be eating my way out instead of writing about it.

Alas Bailey’s has opened @ D-​Street Noshery located at 32nd & Division in SE Portland and once again has savored my favorite cheese-​steak built on a soft bun with OMG cheese drooling all most as much as i am go down and experience heaven on bun and tell Dan you read my review and of course enjoy & keep Portland weird eat at the Carts
