AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE! I came to pick up a cake for national chocolate cake day. I normally am greeted with a friendly smile and people are very helpful when coming to baskin robins, this experience and location was VERY much different. I selected a pre made Cake and asked for additional frosting (which I’ve done for every cake I’ve gotten and it hasn’t ever been a problem.) This lady (who confessed to being the owner) refused to add the extra frosting even though I offered to pay for it. She made it very unclear why, when I asked for clarification, she got snippy with me. I’m shocked I was treated this way. She said something about being busy there was no one else in the building except for our friends who also left when the owner was so rude to me. I did not purchase the cake, and my friends and I will never be back. By the way I got a picture of how «BUSY» this lady was… Be sure to check that out.

Not impressed. Not even pleased. I get that it was a hot day. I get that everyone wants ice cream when it’s hot. But I don’t get why it was filthy– tables, floor, counters etc. I don’t get why the girls working there were so incredibly snotty and dismissive. The service was terrible– from beginning to end. I had to plead to get them to help us, and when they did, it was with disgust and irritation and they haphazardly scooped ice cream into the cups so that it coated the outside. They scooped up my friend’s cone so badly that it fell on the floor as it was passed across the counter. I’d like my $ 15 and 20 minutes back, please.

This has to be the worst Basken Robins EVER. I ordered an ice cream cake (custom because my daughter likes the Disney Fairy concept but didn’t want A plastic Tinker Bell in her cake) — I ordered this cake four days prior to when I needed it. When I picked it up, it looked like a three year old had decorated the cake. I asked to see the picture in the book to compare, but it had conveniently been removed. I am horrified. I paid for a custom birthday cake to be decorated professionally and the cakes in the cooler look better than this. I am never ordering a cake from here again. Shameful. A birthday celebration is a memorable event in a child’s life. Get your act together.
