I move cleaners about once every 5 – 7 years when I move or they go under. Thought I would try them out this year since it is directly on my path home. It’s more expensive than other cleaners(probably the subsidizing of «free» pickup/delivery). It seems to be high turn over establishment because I rarely have seen the same counter person more then twice. Things were fine until they ripped a pair of my almost new(5 months old) pants. They of course took no responsibility. You would think they would call me if they found them on the line and we could talk about it. The counter person first claimed that I had never done business there because I wasn’t in their computer. This was after I asked a manager/owner to call me. Then some«relative» who is an older gent bitched me out on my third trip to ask why no one had called me. Easily the least friendly service person I have ever met in my 25 years of using services. After repeated attempts of asking for an owner to call me(which never happened) and getting told off by the old guy, I was fairly exasperated. Then on my fourth or fifth visit for the issue a lady who claims to be the owner told me they took it upon themselves to go to Nordstrom(where the pants were purchased) and gave me back the pants and said they would take care of it. I’m not sure if that was a good move or not. But they got off free from the issue after incredibly poor service. To Nordstrom’s credit, they are interested in customers for life(which is why I always shop there!) and this dry cleaner apparently couldn’t give a patootie about anyone. Moral of the story is «buyer beware» or caveat emptor as they say. They may be okay with normal processing but any issue will get you zero satisfaction, zero conversations with anyone in management/ownership, and all for a more expensive cleaning bill. Obviously I have moved my small cleaning business(only about $ 650 – 850 per year) to another place which seems much easier to work with.

They do decent work. Laundry prices are ok but the dry cleaning is too expensive. New owners. Try dropping the«free pick up & delivery». I don’t need it and it’s not free. I am paying for lazy people through high dry cleaning prices. Haven’t decided if I’ll return after having used them for some time now.

This place was super expensive! Around $ 75 for 5 suits and it wasn’t even ready by said time. I wasn’t able to pick up the suits until 3 days after the said pick up date because it wasn’t all ready!

Love the remodeled reception area. This dry cleaners is bright, fresh and clean. Bridge City Cleaners has great customer service and Collin can get any stain out. I also love how they have dedicated parking, fast turn around and their own app so I know exactly when everything is ready to be picked up.

These guys are a great addition to the neighborhood! Affordable prices for cleaning, friendly service, and convenient hours. The owner is very friendly and focused on customer service, and has been there every time I’ve been in. The alterations are well priced with a great turn around time. I don’t think they do them on site, but whoever does them knows their stuff.
