I went in for cabinet handle screws, and Bob helped me for a solid 10 minutes, for a purchase of 4 screws that cost 25 cents apiece. The cabinet handles I had were from China and used a metric sizing scale, which Bob figured out, even though the American-​sized screws (8 – 32) were almost fitting and could have been mistaken for the correct fit. He carefully measured everything to make sure I got the right gauge and length screws.
He was so nice, and SO much more helpful than any of the bros at Lowe’s. I wouldn’t have gotten the correct product without his help. All of this for a $ 1 purchase. This is going to be my go-​to place for all of my DIY needs from now on.
