Big selection of older videos and games but they don’t pay you enough for what you sell.

Excellent selection and I love how they have an online search option. Staff is friendly, place is huge compared to Hawthorne location. I’ve always found great deals on popular PS3/​Xbox games for $ 5-​$ 15. The trade in is great value think of it as game rental fee to trade in old games for new games to play.

Word of advice: Make sure to call them before you bring any big items to sell. Otherwise, you’re just hiking all the way here for nothing.
I’ve been here numerous times and I always find a good deal on movies and a few games. Unfortunately, my visit day was just awful. The guy who helped me out was pretty nice until he started saying «I’ve repeated it about 10 times so…» I understand I was a little snappy with you but, when you work in customer service, the last thing you do is give them attitude. I work in a busy retail store so I know good customer service when I see it. No one smiles here. No one thanks people for stopping in. It’s horrible. I love this store but can you guys please hire people who don’t have a stick up their bum?

Moderate prices. Moderate selection. Horrible staff. Not worth stopping here. Go to a different store for bettter selections amd far better staff.
My buddy and i stopped in for a cd and 3ds game. He found his cd but thought the price a little high. I attempted to purchase a 3ds game to be ignores buly the staffer at the counter who literally wouldn’t stop staring at the computer though i was the ONLY customer. Store seemed dark and dreary perhaps it effected the staff or more likely the guy was a jerk and shouldnt have a job. Either way. You have been warned that this place sucks!

This is bigger than the Hawthorne location. They always have pretty good selection.
Shelves of $ 1, $ 2 cds, shelves of $ 1, $ 2 dvds. I like looking at the music documentaries.
Plus, bonus points for being on a strip mall with donuts.

I came to this store originally looking for a b-​day gift. With no luck, however, I did stumble upon a gem that I thought I would never see. I grabbed the 2 disc out of print edition of «Big Trouble in Little China». I checked both discs and they were in top condition. Best thing was the price was only $ 5. I was a very happy customer that day. You never know what goodie lies in here whether it’s hard to find CD’s, cheap movies, or video games. The staff is laid back and are very accomodating in unlocking those treasure chests to browse more freely.
