Loved this place!!! Wanted to write a quick review really quick because we had such a great experience here yesterday!
I have a big old noggin but this didn’t intimidate the sales lady at all! She measured me and found my sister and I some adorable hats! We had a really great time walking the streets of Portland in our hats.

This shop had terrible customer service. Very rude. We went In About 20 minutes before closing time which they made sure we were aware of right away which is fine didn’t plan in staying too long but less than 5 minutes later Andrea was harassing us telling us we only had ½ a second to get out. Felt like I was at a club at closing time! Won’t go back there ! Hats were not that great! Not worth dealing with the rudeness. Plenty of other nice shops around.

Only hat shop I’ve ever been able to find with a decent collection of hats to fit my tiny head.
I used to love the Classic Collection shop at the Clackamas Mall. Turns out that one is closed now, and this one is open. Kind of a hidden away location downtown, but it’s nice to see they still carry a huge selection of hats.
