For a long time I thought this place was called Charlie Browns.

The only way to get a better turkey sandwich is to bake your own turkey and then make your own sandwich. That’s exactly what they do here. My guess is the«free napkin» lady(8÷24÷15) must be a real charmer because the family who runs this place has always been super friendly. Besides, the napkins are right there on the counter… did he put you in some kind of Korean chokehold when you reached for one?

I went in to ask for a napkin and he said they were only for customers. Business must be very slow. The place is pretty crappy.

This place is still the best on the block! I had a BLAST sandwich with onions(Bacon Lettuce Avocado Swiss Cheese Tomato) sandwich comes with chips and I also got the chicken gumbo. Now I know my gumbo and this is more a chicken soup than a gumbo. So little disappointed but it’s still good! The chocolate brownie makes up for it all though. Chocolate Heaven!!! You ain’t been here, BEHERE!

In house oven roasted turkey? Home made turkey noodle soup? Yes, please. And it was reasonably priced. And fast. Clearly I gave this place 5 stars.

Mr. Lee always takes care of me when I stumble in from the cold needing a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. He is a super guy with a super crew of folks backing him up. Tully’s coffee only makes the deal better. Need a quick breakfast downtown at a good price with super service? This is the place!

I was here yesterday and had a wonderful turkey blt. My only complaint is that the person behind the counter got me to up-sell to include chips but then when I opened my bag, there was already chips with my sandwich? So I ended up with two bags. I’ll ask more questions next time but I don’t like being tricked. The sandwich was great, fast and very close to the location I was headed towards.

Downtown Freddie Brown is the day after Thanksgiving at your mom’s house. They carve the turkey right in front of you. They slap on some mayo lettuce and tomato on some cheap grocery store bread like your mom buys. Its dry like a turkey sandwich. Its real. It costs $ 6.

We go to Freddie Browns every Monday before a meeting and have never had a bad meal. My favorite is their ham and cheese on light rye. I realize that a ham and cheese sandwich doesn’t sound that exciting or hard to make great, but after ordering them at many other places I have found that they have the best. The service is fast and very friendly, I am not sure if Sam is the owner but he is always very friendly and helpful. My co-worker loves their chicken teriyaki there as well. Thumbs up!

This is my go-to place for a quick lunch. I show up for the roast turkey sandwiches(particularly the croissant club) but they serve an array of hot dishes as well, such as teriyaki. Is it mind-blowing? Maybe not but it’s consistent and satisfying. The owners and staff are always friendly and I can rest assured that I’ll make it back to the office on time.

These guys are very popular with our office — fast and friendly service. We all love the garden tuna sandwich, but the other sandwiches are great too. On a cold day, the grilled cheese is very nice. They got an exceptional rating for cleanliness the last time the county food safety folks checked them out! They also have an awesome set of m&m options.

This place has the cheapest coffee in the neighborhood — Tully’s brand at $ 1.75 for a large cup. They make great turkey sandwiches with chunks of turkey meat, not deli slices. The owners are super friendly. Big tables with big windows looking out towards the Chinese Garden.
