Jake showed up on time and took care of our clogged sink the day after we called, while most other places couldn’t come out for 3 – 5 days. He did a great job inspecting the problem and figured out a way to fix things from the outside of the house. A very smooth process with a reasonable price. Jake was super cool and helpful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

No emergency visit to tell me what I already knew cost me $ 90, and then he added $ 10 car charge and took cash from my nanny. Oh and he flooded my shower in the process.

Drain Away Rooter was recommended to me by a co-​worker and they were every bit as good as he promised they would be. I was under pressure with a move and escrow closing and a last minute drainage problem in my upstairs shower. I had tried everything to clean the clog myself without any luck and thought for sure the problem was going to be a doozy. I called Drain Away and they were at my house the next morning. Jake and Zak took less than 15 minutes to fix the problem that I thought for sure would take hours and be very expensive. They were fast, friendly, efficient and I would highly recommend them!!!

We had a drain clog due to my overuse of the disposal and we happened upon Drain Away Rooter in the Yellow Pages. It was after 7 in the evening, but they had a plumber at our home within the hour.
Jake had our line cleared in minutes, cleaned up after himself, and asked if there were any other issues with our drains. He was pleasant, informative, and a genuinely nice guy. I would not hesitate to call Drain Away Rooter again. Thank you!
