Our experience with Drea could not have been a more positive and humbling one. We literally could not have purchased the home of dreams without her. Her negotiation skills are ninja level, but what is most amazing about her is her heart. She truly cared about us and pulled out all the stops to help us win the house. As everyone knows by now, buying property in Portland proper is turning into a fight against time and developers/​investors with a lot of money. We are old school Portlanders with an average income, and because of Drea, we live in the neighborhood of our choice-​inner SE, in a craftsman home we’ve wanted for years. This woman knows her stuff and she is also super fun to work with. Bright, knowledgable and so human. We recommend her with a bullhorn shouting her name in rainbow colors. If we could throw a few extra stars in for good measure, they would be very well deserved.

I’ve worked with Drea on 3 transactions (2 purchases and 1 sale). When I first met Drea I was looking for a very specific kind of property which could serve as an investment property as well as a primary residence. My criteria was discriminating and my list of properties to visit was long. I had gone through 4 or 5 real estate agents who were not willing to work with me or whom did not understand my objectives and were resistant to my approach to purchasing.
Before I started working with Drea I sent her a long email about all the agents that wouldn’t work with me and laid it all out for her. She didn’t even blink. From day one Drea was on-​board with my plan with a can do attitude. I’ve since bought 2 properties with her. One of them is a cash-​flowing rental and the other she recently helped me sell for a nice profit. Had I not moved to Seattle we would still be doing business.

Drea is awesome! My first home buying experience was purchasing the house my wife & I had been renting from a friend. That has it’s own level of weirdness, let alone it being my first experience. Drea worked with my friend and I to negotiate work that needed to be done, drew up the paperwork (yay digital signatures!), and worked out a deal that made everybody happy.

Right off the bat, Drea deserves more than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I are a younger couple looking at homes for our first time, and Drea made the experience absolutely marvelous. We found ourselves on a Sunday afternoon at a beautiful open house in a popular NE neighborhood. We stayed for two hours drooling and watching as dozens of couples came through the home. We were informed by the listing agent that there were multiple offers and offers would continue to be accepted until 10 am the following day. Even late on a Sunday night, Drea got right to work and made sure we got our pre-​approval and an offer in time. The rest is history and we signed the papers with the title company just last week.
The real reason that Drea deserves such a high rating is her attentiveness to detail and lightning fast responsiveness. She also made it very clear with her actions that her best interest is not closing on a home, but making sure every single decision all the way down to an $ 85 oil tank locate, is the right decision for you in your situation. There was not one split second that I felt pressured to do anything during the entire process working with her. She had me take a step back and evaluate the situation several times during repair negotiations that became difficult and gave brilliant advice during all of it.
There wasn’t a moment during the entire two months working with her where I didn’t feel like I was her one and only client, and her entire job was to find me a home and hold my hand through the entire process. She responds next minute with email and text, and called me every single time there was an update. I can’t thank Drea more for getting me they keys to my dream home!!!
