Eat Me Desserts PDX

This is for the Eat Me! Vending Machine at Portland Center Stage.
It saddens me that PCS has cut back on their café but this is a brilliant addition to make up for it. Perfectly proportioned, chilled desserts in those little glass canning jars.
I have only tried the brownie cookie-​wiches but I don’t need to try anything else. These are little slices of heaven. They are filled with chocolate whipped cream and last for several days in the fridge before they go too soft and, while still tasty, are a little too mushy to be really enjoyable. As a bonus, you get reusable dishware. The price can’t be beat — 3.00 for two cookie-​wiches and the presentation is just spot on. Whoever is in charge of product packaging knows their stuff.
Think of it as an excuse to go see a show at PCS! They have great shows so it’s a win-​win for everyone.

I tried the Sweet Potato Cake Parfait out of the vending machine in the lobby at Portland Center Stage. It was so moist and flavorful. I’ve honestly never had something so well balanced and subtle without being overly sweet. I loved it!!! The machine was fun and festive to interact with too. I highly recommend checking this out. I’m going to try the panna cotta next!
