Emergency Portland Locksmith

I locked my keys in my car after a long night at work. I called this spot, as they were the only shop I could find that was open and I was unable to get into my home or my car. I work night hours so it hardly seems likely that they were slammed at 4am when I called. After waiting outside in the cold for a half hour I got a call saying they were another half hour away. An hour and a half later, nothing. I called to see what was going on and was told the technician would call back right away. Nothing. I called again and was told someone would return my call immediately. Nothing. Three and a half hours later no response from anyone at the company. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I am now worried it is an illegitimate «business» collecting addresses.

If I could extend a middle finger large enough to flick this company off of the earth I would.
Called at 4am because my keys were locked in my vehicle. Was greeted by someone who had to have a tech call me. 4:45am tech calls and says he is less than 30mins away. I’ve called 4 times since and have been promised a call back. No calls returned and now it is 6:47am and I am still standing outside of my place in the rain. What part of emergency does this company understand? You carry the name emergency in your title yet your sense of emergency service means, breakfast and a drive through the country first.
Beware:this is not a Portland/​Vancouver company. This is a national dispatch who calls tow truck drivers and charges double the price.
Again, my middle finger is not big enough… Horrible service on all ends. You failed at what you pretend to do.
Update: spoke with two Indian guys on two separate calls. One who first says his name is joe and then josh. I then asked for a company address. They say they can’t provide the address. I ask for the name of the town they are in and I’m told, Louisville. I ask what state he is in, he responds with, we are in Battleground. What a joke. I ask if this is a scam. He then says why would he give me any information?
Now I’m phoning the police and tomorrow will be speaking with an attorney. This is a scam.
