Oh Enchanted Sun, how I adore thee … Yummy burritos in my tum tum each and every Saturday, for a few months it’s Sunday’s too. Now that the PSU Farmers Market goes year round, and y’all have manned up and come during the winter too… It will be 51 Saturday’s that I will be able to enjoy thee. My burrito is the Combo Christmas, I don’t mix it up, I never stray. I love me some bacon and sausage nestled in a bed of spuds and eggs… Drizzled with the delightful flavorful Red Salsa and now coated too with the Green Salsa, topped with only the finest, Tillamook Cheese. Nick, not sure how you remember every one else, me I know I am memorable. O Dag you sneak, you wrap my Burrito with the greatest ease(watch yourselves, that rascal likes to leave a drip hole in the paper, marking my hoody more than once) They fly those tasty green chilies up from New Mexico, Mike has the best hook up it seems, and boy howdy does he know how to cook them up in those Farm Fresh Eggs. Boooyah Buttercup, don’t be shy, stand in that long ass line and do your time, cuz those burritos are pretty damn fine. Trust me, not just anything makes me attempt to rhyme… Let me just be clear, I eat a burrito every Saturday farmers market, and it keeps me full til almost the end, and most importantly I don’t get HANGRY! If you haven’t try them yet, get on it. Couple side notes– according to Old Lady Jean, the Burritos taste better after you let them rest a bit, about 5 minutes she says. There will be a line. Duh. Deal with it, read the menu and be ready to order. There are 3 people hammering out a boat ton of food. It’s fast. Relax. Enjoy. I know everyone I have introduced to Enchanted Sun has been stoked and totally grubbed!

Fantastic Breakfast! Used to live in DT Portland and would eat this every Saturday — Moved to Vancouver and still drive over on the weekend just to eat this fantastic Burrito… tastes like Mexican food from home in Texas

Pretty good burrito, especially for a farmer’s market in Portland. You would never think this burrito came from New Mexico or wherever perfect baby burritos come from. The sausage was a breakfast link sausage running down the middle. The potatoes were smashed as well as fried, good from a comfort food perspective, but hardly traditional. Maybe I’m alone here, but I miss the green chili in burritos you get in New Mexico and Colorado, made from Hatch green chilis you can buy roasted from a vendor next to the gas station during chili season. Sigh.

My friend recommended we eat here while we visited the Portland Market at the university. I was not disappointed. My breakfast burrito with sausage was so tasty. Their salsa options are on point. I will definitely make it a point to visit here every time I hit up the market.

Super friendly staff and a really efficient system between the three people(father + sons?) who run the stand at the market. It’s actually kind of cool how they just know which burritos are which by the way they’re placed into the warmer. Anyway, onto the food. It’s amazing. Crispy bacon, crunch when you bite into the sausage from the casing, moist eggs, warm tortilla… Expect to wait 10 – 15 minutes if the line is long but it’s well worth it. Prices are also super reasonable. $ 7.50 for a burrito that will stuff you and it comes with bacon and sausage.

OK, everyone knows that bacon makes everything better, but today I added bacon to my usual burrito order and I’m blissfully sitting in a food coma. I’d follow these guys anywhere for their b-ro’s(burritos, for the uninitiated), and in fact, I do. Once the King Market dries up for the Winter, they still slang their goodness at the Portland Farmers Market downtown/PSU. Make the pilgrimage, support goodness, be full.

Damn fine breakfast burritos, especially with those New Mexico hatch chilies and numerous hot sauces awaiting your use. I really like their ordering system, they have a groove that works well and quick. When Pine State isnt open yet because they are still setting up get your butt in line here.

Best breakfast burritos in Portland. Only downside is they are only available at the farmers market! Possibly others besides the PSU farmers market. Inexpensive, hardy and tasty.

My wife and I were walking around the farmers market looking for some breakfast. I noticed a really long line and followed it to its source. Enchanted Sun Breakfast Burritos. I immediately got in line. After a short wait a polite gentleman took my name and order. I got their bacon and sausage breakfast burrito. It was excellent. Totally worth the wait. Their salsa was a welcome addition to the delicious breakfast medley. My only regret is that we don’t live here and will have to wait until our next Portland trip to get another one. Thanks guys!

Great breakfast burrito at the Saturday market. The bacon was crisp and the potatoes well seasoned. The eggs were not dried out. Staff was super friendly and well-organized for the long line, so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Prices were also totally reasonable at $ 5 for no meat and $ 6 with meat.

Really good burrito. Perfect balance of ingredients and I topped it off with a hearty dose of green salsa. Excellent way to start the day I got lucky and only had a few minutes in line but by the time my order was up there were 20+ people waiting to order. Sp be prepared to wait

Best. Breakfast. Burritos. Delicious as is or you can add bacon or sausage. They’re filled with egg, green chiles, potatoes, cheese and more cheese. For only $ 5, I had the as is burrito. SOGOOD! I tried them at the Portland State Farmer’s Market. I’m so excited they have an actual location. The staff was friendly, and they were pretty quick for how many people were ahead of me. You have to be a little patient, but it is worth it. I’m picky when it comes to breakfast burritos, but this was so good. I added some salsa to it, but it really didn’t need anything.

These are the reason for going to Farmer’s Market at PSU. Amazing burritos with eggs, bacon, potato, cheese. The eggs have some chilis cooked in, so they have just a little kick, but its not too much. I wish I could find breakfast burritos like this downtown during the workweek.

This breakfast burrito was great on a cold rainy Saturday morning at the Farmer’s Market. Everything was cooked nicely and the ingredients were nicely balanced, although another slice of bacon could only make it better. It was extremely fresh, but we had to wait awhile to get the food.

I love love love the burritos here. I look forward to coming to the Portland Farmers Market on Saturday just to get one. I have been getting them for 3 years now :) The burritos are warm, filled with egg, green chiles, potatoes, cheese and the best part? «with or without» that would be BACON and what makes everything bettter? Bacon does… they have added sausage in the last few weeks which I haven’t tried yet. They are all made fresh here, you can watch the man in the back cooking up the big pan of eggs and potatoes as you stand there, it’s great. It only takes a few minutes to get them and then your tummy gets filled with the warm deliciousness that is the Enchanted Sun Breakfast burrito. If you are ever at the PSU market on the weekends this is a must try.
