It’s hard to base an entire apartment complex when I only live in one apartment, but as far as I can tell, this place is great. I’ve lived here for two months and thus far I love it. It’s fairly quiet, the parking is usually pretty good. The price is super cheap(I pay $ 725/mo for two bedrooms), but there’s an additional pet rent of $ 25 per month per cat(no dogs allowed, limit 2 cats). I was super bummed to find out that there were no dogs allowed. The apartments are in pretty good condition and the place was super clean when we got it. The walls are fairly soundproof, so there’s not too much noise from other apartments or outside. My boyfriend and I moved in from really small quarters so this was WAY more space than were used to. I think it’s like 800 sq. ft. I have a nice little patio, an updated stove, a dishwasher, baseboard heaters, a a very large living room. Management is nice(although not the most professional), and the maintenance is wonderful. Armando(the maintenance guy) turned out to be someone we knew mutually, and he was timely and very helpful. The complex has on-site laundry that is $ 3 for standard wash and dry, it takes about an hour and a half. Plus, you don’t have to have quarters! The only thing with laundry is that, when it says that it’s open 8 – 10, it really means it. I don’t know if someone closes the doors and locks them, or if they’re automatic, but I had to call in late to work because I couldn’t get my clothes at 10:15. I do occasionally find ants here, but it’s usually only like one or two every couple months. Anyway, Princeton Properties has done a pretty good job on this place. There’s a pool, playground, sauna(which I forgot about until just now, I’ve never been down there), and nighttime security. All my neighbors are pretty nice and, although I didn’t get to go, they had a cool party on Easter with donuts and an Easter egg hunt for kids. Overall, this has been a very nice place to live, especially for a first apartment. I would give it a 9⁄10 and I would certainly recommend it.
