Very over priced! Sandwiches are decent, pastries and muffins are good but be prepared to pay a premium for average stuff. Service is slow and awkward at times. Boo F&B, boo.

I work in Eastside Exchange and stop by here a lot for breakfast and lunch. The food has always been tasty, and seems like a good deal for the price (~$ 7 – 9). The staff is also very accommodating and outgoing. Souza (sp?), one of the employees, always has a smile on her face and happy to see you. Overall, the attention to detail by the staff and their ability to be part of the buildings ‘commuity’ is pretty awesome. Glad to share a space with these folks!

These guys do a great job with my morning coffee (Portland Roasting Co) and their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are truly delicious. Really glad we moved over here from the BSide 6 building.
