Flying Needle Acupuncture and Bodywork

I’ve been seeing Keith as a client/​patient on and off for the better part of a decade. I originally went to him for impinged nerves in my low back and hip problems due to a head on bicycle collision with a car. I remember feeling substantial relief within a treatment or two. After that, I continued to see him to work on more postural problems — and as we «unraveled the knots», so to speak, we uncovered other issues that he continued to address.
Keith was instrumental in not only injury rehabilitation for me, but also in more foundational postural problems which have contributed to other health issues.
He’s an incredible bodyworker and has had great training. Several years ago he graduated from Chinese medicine school and started incorporating acupuncture into his practice when I felt like I needed it. But I still love the work he does with his hands.
At times he uses deeper massage techniques, and other times subtle physiotherapy movements. When he first started using the gentler techniques on me, I wasn’t sure if anything was happening. But it always seemed that my body had profound changes and shifts in the days following those subtler treatments. I don’t use that word lightly — profound.
One of the many other things I appreciate about Keith besides his ability to deliver constant, ongoing restorative and acute injury rehab care, is the way he explains what’s happening in my body. I’m a busy-​minded, need-​to-​know person and love to hear his explanations about what’s going on with my body. It helps me to change my lifestyle in ways that support the work he’s doing. I can’t say that’s always easy though!
I’ve referred at least a dozen people to Keith over the years. Some of them still see him. Whether someone just wants a simple relaxing massage and «tune-​up», needs acute care for injuries, or wants to work on ongoing structural and other constitutional body issues, Keith is definitely the person I recommend.
