I just picked up my 3 piece suit, 2 silk shirts and one long sleeve cotton blouse. A gorgeous job. This was my first time here. Excellent service, friendly business like staff. Quality service and quality work. Highly Recommend.

My husband gets his shirts cleaned here weekly. The husband and wife team is so pleasant and sweet. Besides their qualified service, they always have a smile on their face which shows their true character.

When I lived in Portland, I never had a problem with this place. The owners were always on top of everything and my clothes were taken care of with careful precision which very much exceeded my expectations. I’ve never experienced anything negative and trust them even with my silks.
I think the person who commented in 2012 below is talking about Forest Cleaners down the road, not this place. Ask anyone that’s come to Forest Heights Cleaners and I highly doubt that you’ll hear anything negative about this place.

I come here for my dry cleaning needs and more importantly, I come here to get my pants hemmed in. They do a great job on the dry cleaning and perfect job on the hemming. Fast and efficient, I haven’t had any problems with the service I get here. The ladies here are mostly ESL speakers so they can be shy at times.

Lousy service. I had been going to Forest Cleaners for a while because it was just a block away from my house. I was satisfied, at best, with how my clothes came back. The true test of a dry cleaner, is really how they can respond when things don’t go so perfect, and these guys failed. I returned a shirt that was recently laundered, but had a couple of stains on it. I am 100% certain these were not my doing. When I pointed this out, the proprietor did little but tell me that the stains could not have been the result of their work. I know what a good dry cleaner is, it’s one that while not wanting to claim that they made a mistake, will take some accountability. Forest Cleaners is not one of them. I suggest that nobody frequent these guys, I simply feel they don’t quite get it when it comes to trying to satisfy customers. I’ll drive the extra 4 blocks from now on for my dry cleaning.
