I received EXCELLENT service from this place, specifically Jerald and Sam for a god price.
Jerald helped me upon pickup. I gave showed my license, credit card, and signed a few things and was on my way out the door in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t even have to wait!
I rented a van and everything was great with it. It ran smoothly with no hiccups. Late on the night I was supposed to return it I realized I’d need it one more day. I called the morning I was supposed to return it and asked if they were able to accommodate 1 more day. and they were!
Turns out i only needs it for half the day so i returned it to Sam late in the afternoon. He was on the phone when j walked in but acknowledged me. A few minutes later I gave him my keys, did the final inspection and was out the door headed back to my new apartment.
Overall this place served me well. If I’m ever in need for a rental van or truck I will definitely come back.

Am Also Suing Fort Knox Mini Storage in Small Claims Court — they do blame you for their incompetence and fail to make things right — why should I pay for a service you failed to provide me? They assured me they had fixed the problem not once but twice but, of course, they did not and then acted like it’s my fault they don’t know how to run a business.

I’ve been renting a unit and paying for the insurance they provide since last September well this month my storage unit got broken into and some of my stuff was stolen. I followed all procedures contacted management contacted the police and my insurance company… well needless to say the insurance company will not pay my claim even though my unit was broken into. terrible place to rent they won’t take care of your unit and if you get broken into they some how make it seem like it’s your fault don’t rent from them

So far, so good. Very helpful and seem courteous enough… there’s no sense of being «taken for a ride», nor rude behavior. Staff seems helpful and friendly. Cant’ say I’m a big fan of the one ramp-​entrance to the 2^nd level, rather inconvenient… however, courteous attitudes and even random help from others.
I like that the place seems fairly secure and clean too, professional feeling, not shifty feeling at all.
