I should have checked the reviews on here first but I didn’t think of it. I ordered the Delightfully Pink bouquet in premium for my moms birthday and even paid the $ 4.99 extra to have it delivered by noon. Long story short the day went by and I thought«oh maybe since it’s the holidays they’re running a little behind.» I called customer service to have them tell me that they had delivery confirmation, they went to call the local florist and told me that they could not reach them and if my flowers did not arrive by 7pm to call them back, it is now the next day and the flowers were never received even after getting the delivery confirmation email. Goes without saying I will NEVER be ordering from them again.(:

Terrible first time experience ordering flowers online. Ordered the Serenity and bliss flowers for a friend and asked her to send me a photo of the bouquet because I was curious as to how the bouquet ended up looking. Low and behold the bouquet looked NOTHING like the online photo. There were so many green fillers in the bouquet. The online photo hardly had any in the bouquet. Emailed the company and after about 6 emails going back and forth, they agreed to credit 35% back to me. I waited a week and checked on my credit and they only credited part of it. Once again I emailed them back again. What a huge disappointment. Never will I use this site again!

Looks like I should have read everyone else’s reviews! Same thing happened to me! I placed an order at 9:30am and paid extra to have it delievered within 4 hours. It was never delivered! I asked for a full refund, let’s hope I actually get it.

I was experimenting online to send my best friend in Florida some flowers for her bday. After checking totals, I never submitted my final order. I simply closed out of the webpage. I received an email the the order was shipped?!? I called and informed them thay I felt scammed. Their system automatically took my order! He stated their system was secure… obviously not! There was little they did to help me. I told them I didn’t care if the order went out but I wasn’t paying because it wasn’t my fault the order was submitted. It wasn’t done by me. End result. I’m still paying. Never using this site again to order flowers.

Ordered a next day delivery at 11pm the day before for $ 43. Called the company at about 3pm in the afternoon to check on the delivery and they told me that the flowers were ready and were about to leave the store. At 7pm that night I got worried because I still had not heard from my friend that she had received the flowers, so I called again to check and turns out the delivery was not made. They tried to make it up to me by suggesting they send the flowers tomorrow with an «apology» not from them included. Too late, the flowers were for an event that has now come and gone… At least they agreed to let me postpone this delivery for a later one, maybe then they will get it delivered. I suggest if you choose to deliver flowers to NOT use this company.

We spent $ 120 on a Get Well bouquet with balloons and chocolates with a guarantee of next day delivery. Receiving an email saying that the gift was delivered we called our ailing relative only to find that no delivery had been made! We called customer service which was not helpful, only saying they would have to work with the local florist and nothing could be dome until the next day. Whatever happens, we will not use this company again! Follow up — We did get a quick call from a CS supervisor after writing this Unilocal review. The next day he did follow up and said the flowers were delivered. Apparently, the flowers were delivered to a neighbor who later delivered them to our son. We received no specific notice about the delivery being made to anyone other than our son. Not a good business model! Further Update — The bouquet that was finally delivered had flying bugs in it. They had to put the basket outside! The Teddy bear ended up being a sad monkey with band-aids all over it… Not good… My Unilocal rating stands!

I ordered a same day for boquet for my sister this morning, paying $ 17 to have them delivered today. I placed my order before 11 a.m. I received an email at 4 p.m. saying they could not deliver the flowers and they were sorry for any inconvenience. They had also charged my credit card. I had no other option at 4 pm to get flowers delivered to my sister in another state. I discourage anyone and everyone from using this company. Less than 1 star. Kristine
