Furniture Shack

After a whole day of going furniture shopping this place was paradise! The Furniture Shack offered great (non-​bank breaking) prices and fantastic customer service (courtesy of Scott)! They offer a really good variety of furniture and the best part of it is that their warehouse is on site and they have almost all of their floor models in stock (the only place I went to today that can say that). I would definitely recommend this place to any furniture shopper!

Are you hesitant to spend money on new furniture? Do furniture stores/​staff frighten you? I feel your pain. We did some serious online research and decided to check this place out. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED IN THE LEAST. The folks here are exactly as helpful as you want them to be. Great quality products at good prices and no one being pushy or pressuring. Win win for everyone! I highly recommend.

We recently bought a bunk bed for our kids here and the lady who helped my son and husband was so nice and helpful. The kids love their bed and we are definitely going to shop here again. Fair prices too!

We bought an entire bedroom set here today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with such a large purchase.
Brett was so genuinely friendly. He helped us go through catalogs, answered our never ending stream of questions so patiently and knowledgeably, and didn’t try to pressure us into adding any items to our purchase, which was such a departure from past experiences at other furniture stores.
We are so excited for our whole new bedroom to arrive soon, and we will definitely go to the Furniture Shack without hesitation when we are ready for new living room pieces!

I always feel so weird furniture and mattress shopping. Either the sales people are pushy or act as if you just interrupted their evening meal. Ugh. But, having moved across the country and leaving my furniture behind, I kind of needed to do this. The camping chairs and air mattress were just not going to work for me long term. I was greeted right away. Brett asked me what I was looking for. I told him the two different colors I was looking for in sofas. He pointed out my options and then let me look around for awhile. I meandered back to the mattresses-​my least favorite. I’ve had such back luck in the past purchasing mattresses. I had a slight idea what I was looking for. He gave me two options, but pointed out the one that I would most likely prefer based on my request. I ended up picking the mattress he recommended and went back to the sofas. The color I wanted was not on the floor, but he had one in stock and let me look at it to get the full effect. Perfection. I bought a sofa and love seat with fabric protector, the box spring and mattress and it all came in for less than what I had priced for the mattress set alone at other places. But wait, there’s more! He asked if I wanted it delivered. (I’m thinking like a week or something.) It was less than 24 hours. Seriously. And the delivery guys were there on the dot. I love my mattress, I love my living room furniture. Everything is solid and good quality. The couple that owns this place are fantastic, easy to work with, and very kind and personable. I’m hoping to purchase a house in the near future, and if I do and need more furniture, I will be returning to see my options again. Wonderful experience that has changed my mind about furniture shopping!

We are very happy with our experience. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They have passions and want to help us to find the perfect table even it takes 2 months. Will go back to it more furniture from them.

I liked the fact that we didn’t have a sales man following us the whole time. We were able to shop at our own pace and once we were ready the guy at the counter was a great help. He definitely knew what he was saying and doing. I would definitely come bAck!
