Worst customer service short of DMV. While waiting in the long line for their fitting room person (they really don’t want anyone stealing the things people donated to them) one room opened and it took two rings of their bell before the gal worked her way over. As she opened the door then started off another room opened but even though we called to her and I even rang the bell to get her attention she just told us we would have to wait and kept walking away. I was shopping for my 9yr old looking for pants, the average price for pants here is about $ 5.50, new pants at Walmart $ 8.00 last time I shopped for her. I like the idea of supporting some of the program’s goodwill has and saving money. The poor service along with the worst return policy (need a receipt, have to return within 14 days (I think), and have to go to the specific store you bought from) I don’t think I will be back ever!
