After getting into an argument with myself and my wife the owner agreed to repair the bike. He returned to me saying it was repaired, but it was still having trouble. I took it to another bike shop and they said the bike shouldn’t be ridden. It was unsafe and a missing part had caused an issue with it. I’m now working with the manufacturer to hopefully straighten this out. Would never do business with this company again.

As a novice bicyclist, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease with the learning curve on this electric bicycle.
Reservations were a breeze and the bikes were ready when we walked in. They provide the helmet, lock, and bag. They also adjust the seats and provide a nice tutorial on the functions before you ride out.
The hubby and I had a relaxing and really enjoyable pedal powered (with assist) leisurely tour of Portland’s beautiful and expansive waterfront.
We rode for miles and didn’t feel the pain after.

Superb bicycles, which are only made even more impressive by being electric, are only the tip of this iceberg. As the US distributor for world-​class Kalkhoff bikes, the Greenlight team delivers fantastic customer service, too. Great products, amazing service — it’s hard to be the best in PDX when it comes to bikes, but I think these folks just might have pulled it off… and done it style and with class, no less!
