I was in a huge pinch and they were able to help me out! The freight brokers that I initially hired bailed on me within a week of my move to Big Island. It was a simple pallet request that I had and they came through with a sturdy pallet for me to load on and afterwards they shrunk wrap it– waalaa– my items were shipped to their dock in Hilo.
