Inner Peace Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

I only started getting massages a few years ago, and maybe 1−2/year at most. I came here through a Groupon (I tend to use it as a means of testing out something new), and am sooooo glad I did! Even though it can be hard to get in to see her (she books quite a ways out), that’s actually a good sign in my opinion, and she is definitely worth the wait.
Svetlana is amazing! Not only is she skilled at finding problem areas, she gently but thoroughly works them out. She listens to what you — and your body — say and leaves you feeling like you are better balanced overall when done. Whether light touch or deep muscular work is what you need, she can handle it.
As opposed to many other locations I’ve been to, thanks to it being her personal business, there are no distracting sounds from clients coming or going from other rooms. The space is calming and she has a variety of oils/​lotions/​creams to use, depending on your preference.
I highly recommend Svetlana and Inner Peace Therapeutic Massage. My only complaint is that she is in Portland and I’m not! :-)

I received my LMT 21 years ago so it’s safe to say I’ve had my fair share of massage and body work. I have to say that Lana is hands down the best LMT I have ever had the pleasure of being worked on by. Lana is very kind and personable, and she always intuitively knows where I need to be worked on, how much pressure, etc… I am so glad I found her!

So far the best massage I’ve found in the US.
I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and back, and a massage here fixes me up for weeks. She really seems to understand biofeedback as even when the pressure is just slightly too hard she automatically corrects or will ask. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing with no distractions, very professional.

I am excited to return and receive amazing care from Svetlana. I have received other professional massages and I would say this has been the best.
